How to Design Professional Business Card ?

A business card is a compact, printed paper card, usually the size of a credit card, that contains your company's information, such as your name, contact information, and logo. The design of your business card is an important aspect of your branding and should be a visual extension of your logo.

The most important thing for any design is size. If you want to make a business card, you have to think about the size. We designers work with three country sizes. like-
 
North American Standard: 3.5 × 2 in. (88.9 × 50.8 mm)
European Standard: 3.346 × 2.165 in. (85 × 55 mm)
Oceania Standard:  3.54 × 2.165 in. (90 × 55 mm)

There are three things you need to consider for any design. Below are three things-

Bleed area: the outermost part of the card is likely to be removed.
Trim line: the target line for cutting cards.
Safety line: anything outside this line is subject to cutting mistakes. Don’t let essential elements like text or logos fall outside this line.
